Order Processing, Shipping and Tracking Procedures
- On a normal day it will take 1-4 business days (depends on your order type, quantity and/or warehouse location) to handle and prepare your orders.
- The logistics tracking number will be uploaded once the parcel left and an email/SMS notification sent.
- Your order is being processed and soon at your doorstep!
Shipping
Shipping time varies from country to country. Some items cannot ship to certain locations. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, special festivals, strike, etc.) the shipping time maybe affected correspondingly. Shipping is divided into standard and expedited and into four zones as follows:

Duties & Taxes
Your local customs duties and taxes are not included in our prices (especially for customers outside Canada and USA). It is therefore your responsibility where applicable, to pay customs as demanded by your local custom authority.
